2. Booking Policy

▪️ Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or full payment.
▪️ Guests must provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
▪️ The Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings due to incorrect pricing, system errors, or policy violations.
3. Payment Terms
▪️ All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).
▪️ Rates may vary during peak season, weekends, and holidays.
▪️ Applicable government taxes will be charged as per Karnataka regulations.
▪️ We accept UPI, bank transfer, and approved digital payment methods.
▪️ Full payment may be required before check-in depending on package type.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

▪️ Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
▪️ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
▪️ Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
▪️ Cancellation charges depend on the booking type (refundable/non-refundable).
▪️ Cancellations made within the specified free cancellation period may be eligible for partial or full refund.
▪️ No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in 100% retention charges.
▪️ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
6. Child Policy
▪️ Children below 5 years may stay free without extra bedding.
▪️ Extra mattress charges apply for children above 5 years.
▪️ Age proof may be requested at check-in.
7. Guest Conduct & Resort Rules
Guests are expected to:

▪️ Avoid loud music or disturbance after quiet hours.
▪️ Follow safety instructions for swimming pool, rafting, trekking, and adventure activities.
▪️ Not damage resort property.
The Resort reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of policies.
8. Adventure & Activity Disclaimer
Dandeli Stay Inn Resort may assist in arranging activities such as:

Participation in adventure activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. The Resort is not liable for injuries caused by third-party activity operators.
9. Damage & Liability
▪️ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, or property.
▪️ The Resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
▪️ Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
10. Website Usage
All content including logos, images, text, and graphics on the Resort website are the intellectual property of Dandeli Stay Inn Resort. Unauthorized copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be held liable for cancellation or service disruption caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, floods, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
